Carlos is a very experienced executive with extensive multinational experience in small business,
start‐ups, and corporations. He has more than 15 years of experience in pre‐selling, selling,
recommending, analyzing, developing, implementing, and delivering ERP solutions in F500 global
environments. He also has extensive experience in managing and directing small businesses,
start‐ups and large teams in corporate environments having founded two companies and
participated in two M&A.
He has strong expertise in Government, Consumer Food &
Beverages, Construction, Telecomm, and IT sectors, with significant expertise in IT Outsourcing/Offshore deals.
Carlos has a strong multi‐cultural and global business experience having lived and worked in USA,
Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Cuba, Germany, France, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. He started his career in the USA as an independent ERP systems analyst at Owens-Corning in the early 80s and he later held several executive and Sr. Consultant positions at TechNova, Computerland, Lionbridge Technologies, Nestle Corporation, and Inbev Corporation. Carlos holds a Bachelor Science, cum laude, in Business Administration, major Management Information Systems; he is also a SAP Solution Academy BW Consultant. Carlos is a fluent speaker in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
